Attempted Political Assassination On Again

Laguna Woods Village - As forecasted and just like a B-rated movie, the political assassination plot continues.
While residents simply demand transparency, accountability and civility: “We have seen CEOs “incentives” being canceled. Our employees “incentives“ continue. Today, they are lucky to still have jobs. PCM keeps hiring & increasing costs. Most field workers think they are PCM employees, because they get PCM checks, but it is our money!” reads a letter to the editor, the Third Mutual is conducting another Special Meeting Wednesday March 11, at 1:30 P.M. for the purpose of removing Director Katherine McDaniel, from the board.
The new Third Board date to treat the removal of Ms. McDaniel apparently addresses the Insufficiency of Notice , one of the complaints previously raised by Ms. McDaniel supporters.
Not sure how the second complaint will be addressed by Gary Kessler, from the Law firm of Adams, scheduled to be in attendance representing Third president Carol Moore et al. The second complaint is that “neither California law nor Third Bylaws provides for the removal absent specific reasons such as court order attesting to unsound mind, conviction of a felony, or court ordered breach under Article 3 of Chapter 2 of Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Law”
So, what is the real reason for the rush attempted political assassination? - rivaled only perhaps by the rush to dethrone Cash as King and pay off HUD loans early? The latter, critics say is designed to avert an HUD audit.
Might be it be related to the issues raised in the aforementioned letter to the editor, “PCM always threatens that staff will leave if they don’t get raises and bonuses. Do you really believe many employees would quit now? I was on the United Board for two and one half years, and there was NEVER any mention of an incentive policy. No records of it in past minutes either. That is why most residents want more from the Boards and PCM”
What seems to be sure is that another political assassination is on tap – there is something in that water!
We have tried to reach the reported drivers of Ms. McDaniels removal. Kathryn Freshley, and John Paulus, but neither has returned email requests

Buzz, also on the meeting agenda is the election of officers to replace the current officers. you can expect to see Feldstein removed as 1st VP and Lippert removed as 2nd VP. The Positive Solutions crew will take completely over. It is even possible that Moore will step down as president and let Cynthia take over. There is also a rumor that Moore, who reportedly owns property in San Diego county has transferred title of same to a relative…preparing to lose a court battle????? You might check property transfers from Carol A. Moore.
