What is not debatable is the Golden Rain Foundations board’s behavior during the June 2, 2009. When all residents wanted was a little respect, board president Erwin Stuller resorted to unnecessary defamatory and personal attacks. What is more appalling is that the rest of the board failed to step in and apply a modicum of decorum to the proceedings. Such behavior is not only despicable but calls for an apology and stepping down.
