Santa Margarita, CA - We say that the 2010 general election is a
Shovel Ready Election – including the elections in the City of
Rancho Santa Margarita (RSM). As opposed to the promised Shovel Ready
Projects used as a justification to pass massive government spending
that even the President now agrees, were not really shovel ready, in
this case this voters guide is shovel ready: Get ready your shovel,
put your boots on and get ready to shovel the guano out of office. We
also argue that there is a lot of truth in the old adage that "we
should not judge a book by its cover, " but what if we have
access to the Cover, the Table of Contents and the Appendix? In such
case, we better be able to discern what the book is about, or not even
vote! Take for instance Van Jones, Reverend Wright, the National
Representative of the Nation of Islam's Louis Farrakhan, the Reverend
Al Sharpton, terrorist William Charles " Bill" Ayers and
former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel all supporters of
candidate Obama. Should this not have been a good indicator, of the

– Mission Viejo’s Life time Health Insurance Issue
Monday,

Viejo, CA – A CotoBuzz Journal reader recently asked us whether or
not lifetime health insurance for Mission Viejo City Council was still
in effect, as this had been a contentious issue in previous elections.
We did not readily know the answer, so we started doing some research:
The Mission Viejo City Council’s Mission statement as stated in its
website was a good omen “ We are dedicated providers of municipal
services and stewards of the public trust…. We are committed to
providing services that are Responsive, Innovative, and Fiscally
sound” – so we asked City Mayor Patricia Kelly and the City
Administrator to answer the question for us. Unfortunately, the city
council failed to live up to its promise - we tried a couple of times
but we did not get a response from any Mission Viejo civil servant. Obama's

President Obama recently realized that there is no such thing as a

alone a construction project of any kind, he would have known that

illustrating how Washington DC promised to drain the swamp; that
wealth re-distribution, if done quickly would not raise unemployment
rate to more than 8%; that passing ObamaCare would allow taxpayers to
keep its insurance carrier, would not result in an increase in

Santa Margarita's Shovel Ready Voters Guide

Should this not have been a good indicator, of the

that public schools should be operated for the sake of the students,

Obama's
Shovel Ready Bull
Sunday,

President Obama recently realized that there is no such thing as a
shovel ready project. This is the reason almost $300 Billion of his
SwindleUS Plan monies, that were supposed to be spent on
infrastructure projects to create jobs, are still sitting there. Well
dah! If the President had ever been involved in managing anything, let
alone a construction project of any kind, he would have known that
building anything could be a 2 - 5 year project. And, because of all
the environmental wacko laws on the books, it can take even longer. The

Arguably, most political junkies are familiar with the unsavory words
used by Attorney General Jerry Brown to refer to Meg Whitman, his
opponent in the California governor's race. As we studied the COPS
Voters Guide, our first reaction was to compare it to the 2010 Union
Voters Guide, as it looked like an evil twin. 2010

Santa Margarita, CA - There is a lot of truth in the old adage that
"we should not judge a book by its cover." But what if we
have access to the Cover, the Table of Contents and the Appendix? Can
we get a good idea as to the contents of the book? In other words,
using another adage "tell me who you associate with and I will
tell you who you are?" and applying the latter to political
elections, if we know the candidate's supporters, we should be able to
have a good idea about how that candidate will govern. Take for
instance Van Jones, Reverend Wright, the National Representative of
the Nation of Islam's Louis Farrakhan, the Reverend Al Sharpton,
terrorist William Charles " Bill" Ayers and former White

Files $60 Million lawsuit Against Loan Modification Audit Scam
Wednesday,
October 06, 2010, 9:33:17 AM Sacramento, CA - --California's Attorney General (AG) Edmund G. Brown Jr. today filed a $60 million lawsuit against US Loan Auditors, My US Legal Services, the three owners: attorney and real estate broker James Sandison, Jeffrey Pulvino, and Shane Barker, as well as two California attorneys, Sharon L. Lapin and Jonathan G. Stein, who lured desperate homeowners with a deceptive marketing scheme that promised to obtain mortgage modifications through the use of computer-generated "forensic loan audits." The suit demands civil penalties, restitution for victims, and permanent injunctions to keep the companies and other defendants from fraudulently marketing forensic loan audits and legal services of little value.

Ladera Ranch Is Normal, we renew a warning to residents and visitors
alike to drive in Coto de Caza at their own peril. A major reason for
the warning is that the CZ Master Association board of directors'
rhetoric and actions are diametrically opposed: On the one hand, CZ
Master's Xochitl Yocham writes in the September 2010 Board Letter
"Since I have been on the Board over the last 4 years, one
intersection has repeatedly been brought to the board's attention as a
less than safe for residents. For that reason, the board hired a
traffic engineering firm to look at the intersection of Plano Trabuco
and Coto de Caza Drive last year," and the board approved the
construction of a refuge lane. And she continues "I would suspect
that the residents of the community Grand Coto II ..are happy to see
this project happening". Move

App. Dist. 1, October 1, 2010. The breach of fiduciary duty claim

failed "to conduct the affairs of the Association in good faith,
in a manner believed to be in the best interests of the Association,

purported self-interest, it was further alleged that Hussein
"engaged in the above acts because of his dislike and ill-will

not want to incur any expense even if such expense would benefit the
Association and owners, and also had no interest in whether or not the
