our hands and rights are "tied" because of
laws that hurt us. A Petition

This
petition is in reference to my August
12, 2010 letter addressed to the California Law
Revision Commission (CLRC) regarding their latest
"make-work" project slyly called
"Simplification and Clarification" of CID
statutes.
This
CLRC project:
-
is intended to cost homeowners more money indefinitely.
-
prevents homeowners from protecting their personal assets.
-
raises homeowner fees and other costs without any input from you.
-
creates problems for homeowners where none existed before.
-
forces homeowners to hire lawyers to accomplish otherwise simple tasks.
-
prevents you from suing and protecting your rights immediately.
-
is geared to take away rights of homeowners.
-
is a sham and rewrites laws without using proper channels to do so.
-
is a "deceit" perpetrated on the public under the guise of the "Commission's" work.
If
this project is allowed to go to the California
Legislature, the industry will get their long time
wish: CONTROL OVER YOU, YOUR MONEY, YOUR
PROPERTY, AND YOUR RESOURCES.

luck trying to protect your personal assets!
You can do something about it - collect as many signatures as possible, hand them over to your community organizer or sent it to the California Law Revision Commission.
