gets $5.8 Million from GOP then switches to Demo and
is welcomed by Reed! But then of course, this is
old news.
The
Senator was asked recently why he would not switch
parties, and he answered” “Because I am a
Republican,” he responded in classic politicalspeak.
Likewise, Senator Reed welcomed Specter’s switch in
politicalspeak: “I welcome Sen.
Specter and his moderate voice to our diverse
caucus,” – emphasis on
the moderate!
