Asking Public's Assistance in Locating Missing

- The Orange County Sheriffs Department (OCSD) is
seeking the public's assistance to locate Rikiya
Leland Riggs.
Mr. Riggs was last seen in front of the VA Hospital in Long Beach, CA, where he was dropped off at 03:25 PM hours. Mr. Riggs has not been seen or heard from since. According to a family member, Mr. Riggs suffers from various illnesses and requires daily medication.

Missing Senior Ahmad Dardar
On 11-19-2008 at approximately 0700 hours, Ahmad
Dardar was walking his grandchildren to the school bus
stop on Orange Ave. (between Brookhurst and Gilbert)
in Anaheim. Mr. Dardar's wife stated they were late so
she and the kids rushed ahead of Mr. Dardar. After the
kids were put on the school bus, his wife turned to
look for him and noticed he was gone.

Missing Senior Hy Thi Bui
Ms. Bui was last seen by family in her residence in
Midway City, sometime between midnight and 2:00A.M.,
on Wednesday, November 19, 2008. She does not have a
vehicle and would likely be traveling on foot. Ms. Bui
suffers from various illnesses and may be in need of
immediate medical attention.

Missing Senior Diane Palmquist
Ms. Palmquist was last seen leaving her home in Lake
Forest, CA to visit a friend at Mission Hospital in
Mission Viejo, CA at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 12,
2008. She never arrived and has not been seen or heard
from since.
