On the heals of the state Supreme Court ( August 27, 2008) ruling ordering the Golden Rain Foundation, to allow residents full access to their community financial records, followed by Judge Ronald L. Baur’s ruling January 5, 2009) on David Lyon’s move for an award of fees incurred in this litigation (Golden Rain Foundation Vs Franz ), a resident has posed the following questions to PCM employee and United Mutual’s assistant treasurer, Janet Price:

#1 When was the Leisure World name change registered with The
Secretary of State?
#2 Could you please give us the registered voting ballots who
voted for the name change?
According to Articles of Corporation and IRS we are required
to have 2/3 shareholders vote.
#3 You had a article in our community paper (Globe)
describing how As Price saved the
residences 31 million in federal & state taxes. How does
your office and skill pull this off?
Did you get 30% from your incentive bonus program?
#4 Who in our shareholders exempt status voted to change our
501 (C) 3 to 501 (C) 4
corporation? The Shareholders in this community must have a
2/3 vote to make any
corporate changes.
#5 Wasn’t the corporate change for PCM advantage? (Lobby
Donations)
#6 How did you get Bank of America to accept the bank account
called Laguna Woods
Village village? The state of California requires you must
present approved Sectretary of
State Articles of Incorporation documents before opening a
new corporate account.
#7 The residents have requested reporting to IRS 990 document
for the years 2005-2007.
The shareholders could not find in Ms. Price 990 reporting
any of the following:
(A) No undisclosed paid incentive bonus plans for key
for-profit employees.
EX: For money saved by PCM for-profit corporation the
employees recieved 30% of the
money saved from the exempt corporation reduction in budget
services. The residents did
not get their assessments reduced but these procedure was
help secret from the
shareholders
(B) No reporting of PCM’s 83% increase in management
compensation for years 2006-7
(C) No reporting of credit card and expense account abuse of
approximately $250,000
thousand by PCM management group (10 people) for years 2006-7
of requested documents.
We also believe that the PCM employees who used those crredit
card did not report their
earning to the IRS
(D) No bid contracts by venders and whistleblower information
has informed us on kick-backs
from the venders to the for-profit PCM. (see DVD Governing
Documents))
E) No reporting of free rent on three structures of
approximately 50,000 sg. ft of office space
(violation of 4958 Code) (see DVD Mad as Hell)
(F) No 990 reporting of landscape/gardening division sales.
