Notice was received this morning of
the Special Board Meeting, for the purpose of removing
Director Katherine ( Katie ) McDaniel from the board.
No reason or justification was given for her intended
removal.
I am asking all of you to please
attend this meeting. I am asking for your
co-operation of attendance and voicing your
support for Director McDaniel, and the other
directors who are working on our behalf and need
our support as well. I am also asking for you to speak
up in favor and support of these directors. They need
our voices of support heard loud and clear. The
other side will have their minions ready to speak in
favor of her removal, so we need to "Pack
The Board Room To The Rafters," and speak up. Now
is the time to step up to the plate, and voice
your support.
Yesterday at the United Special
Board Meeting, to AGAIN, discuss
the Early Payoff of our "Hud" loan, you
packed the room again. Our friends from Third
Mutual answered our call and they came out in force in
support of all of us in United. A Big
THANK YOU,
to everyone for your support and attendance.
Now I am asking all of
our friends in United to attend this critical meeting
and show our support to Director McDaniel, and the
other directors working hard for us. Please
attend this meeting, these Directors need our support,
let's attend and give them the support they need and
our voices. Together we can make a big impact.
I will be sending a
follow up email blast with up-dated information
tomorrow.

Board Seated
The Third Laguna Hills Mutual of Laguna Woods Village seated
the new board for that housing mutual today. Officers
include Carol Moore, President; Stan Feldstein, 1st
Vice President; Don Lippert, 2nd Vice President;
Kathryn Freshley, Secretary. The voting was done by
secret ballot and the anticipation of the members
present was that business would proceed without the
roadblocks of the past year.
