Since your meetings are always in the daytime and I am unable to attend because I work, I beg you to please listen to my pleas.

I am a resident of United Mutual and as such have many concerns.

MAJOR ONE: What are you doing about the admitted fraud by PCM? I'm referring to the Incentive program that two PCM employees admitted to that no board was aware of. They helped themselves to millions of our money without us knowing about it. You can call it anything you want but that is FRAUD!!

And if you choose to do nothing about this revelation, you are also GUILTY OF THAT FRAUD as you now become party to a major coverup. I beg you to seek legal counsel and somebody beside Hart, King and Coldren. HKC have proved themselves to be unethical, in at least one case that is very recent -- when they filed a suit against me, they were representing PCM, Inc. and PCM of California Inc. which was a definite conflict of interest. I know GRF tried to accept the blame for it, but GRF is not mentioned in any of the court papers, but PCM, Inc. and PCM of California Inc. definitely are. I can show you the court papers if you need proof.

Now if you refuse to do anything about this FRAUD, several of my neighbors and I will be going to the law with this and you will all be implicated.

So for your sakes, and all ours, please get going and report this FRAUD to authorities ASAP.

The article asserts that according to Third Mutual president Cynthia Conner, claims that the board is planning on removing director Stanley Feldstein are untrue.
