LWV File-Gate and the Village Ten People

We previously reported on Recorder-Gate – a tape recorder confiscated
during a Resident’s Voice meeting for obstructing
entrance to the meeting and allegedly illegally
recording residents without consent. Eventually
the confiscated tape recorder apparently was reported
to the OCSD’s office as stolen property.
Now reports have surfaced of an apparently misplaced file, reported as a
burglary and apparently the issue is under
Sheriff’s investigation for theft of private
property and potential identity theft.
Apparently the alleged stolen file went
missing in November. Not sure why it took so
long for the property management company to file the
incident as a burglary report. However, the
Village-Ten People have been identified
and an ominous “attorney-letter” has been
delivered to allegedly persuade these individuals for
fully cooperate with the OCSD.
The Village-Ten People consists of ten
resident’s allegedly associated with the
infamous file’s disappearing act.
A resident familiar with the issue thinks that
the property management company misplaced the file and
may have filed a false police report to cover
potential negligence.
