All residents  want is transparency, accountability & civility

  3/05/2009 11:00 AM

When residents complain about PCM, it is generally not about the field staff. For the most part, field staff is efficient and pleasant to deal with. No, the complaints about PCM are about their management.

Everyday, I hear friends and neighbors speak of how worried they are with the way our money and way of life is manipulated and altered. These people are not attendees at Residents Voice meetings. PCM and dissident Board Members like to accuse those attendees of all complaints.

These residents do like the way the landscaping looks, most of the time, and response to their repair issues. The things that are going on in the world right now, are the same issues that resident’s worry about. When we see major banks and corporations being accused of shirking their fiduciary duties, we are asking if that is happening here.

We want more transparency, accountability, and more civility by PCM and Board members.

We want GRF to listen to our needs for better lighting and security walls. Not clubhouses remodeled, fancy walls, or big bonuses for employees.

We have seen CEOs “incentives” being canceled. Our employees “incentives“ continue.

Today, they are lucky to still have jobs. PCM keeps hiring & increasing costs. Most field workers think they are PCM employees, because they get PCM checks, but it is our money!

PCM always threatens that staff will leave if they don’t get raises and bonuses. Do you really believe many employees would quit now? I was on the United Board for two and one half years, and there was NEVER any mention of an incentive policy. No records of it in past minutes either. That is why most residents want more from the Boards and PCM.

Don’t you?
