It is 2009 – Iraq Holds Free Elections – Coto de Caza Still Ruled By PolitburoPosted by CotoBlogzz 02/05/2009 12:30 PM It is 2009 and Iraq just held its municipal elections with
little to no little violence while sectarian parties
did poorly and mainstream media mostly ignored the
milestone as a nonevent. Refer to a
good editorial
on the subject by the WSJ. Sort of like what is happening with Coto de Caza Direct Elections – While members of the board of directors promised to work to bring statue-mandated direct elections, that was obviously a lie, and here we are one more time. Time to elect the new Coto de Caza Politburo. The
CZ Master Association is circulating requests for
candidates for the Politburo, also called District
Delegates – the deadline for applications I
scheduled for Friday February 20, the date only allows
15 days for noon-politburo members to organize –
what would you expect? Now if you expect dues increases for three of the last five years, a significant decrease in reserves and a landscape that is a mix-and-match of river rock, Arizona Look, $40K free trees, cramming of sycamore and barren areas, then the Politburo is for you.
