Uropr Us, Oh Bum Us, Or Petraeus?

The satirical piece we titled Senator Obama and the Beanstalk was not well received by a McCain supporter because apparently we went too far with the satire and predicted we would “not win any arguments employing such rhetoric"

Our response was that our motivation is not to win an argument, as much as it is to illustrate what an Obama presidency might look like, then asked: how much coverage has mainstream media dedicated to the Kuntar as Hero-or-Villain issue we exploree on the piece? This is the same media traveling with the Senator on his visit to the Middle East and Europe. Will you be supporting their propaganda?

A CNN/Time piece dated April 9, 2008 by Joel Klein, mocks Senator Joseph Lieberman for being a provocateur in the semiannual Petraeus-Crocker hearings staged by the U.S. Senate, and uses the Senator chastising of unnamed colleagues for having a "hear no progress ... see no progress ... speak no progress attitude about the war in Iraq” as an example. The CNN/Time piece's headline? Petraeus Meets His Match – praising senator Obama for allegedly being on par with General Petraeus

As if to prove that General Petraeus is not a match, shortly after the meeting earlier this week, the Senator made it clear that the General is in no position to see the big picture.

Today marked the culmination of Sentor Obama's trip covered by the hosts of the major networks, including one of the Myrna Blyth's original Spin Sisters- How the Women of the Media Sell Unhappiness and Liberalism to the Women of America. European's did buy what the Senator is selling!

To counteract the mainstream media's apparent love affair with the Senator, the McCain campaign designed an Internet piece to make the obvious explicit - see below

It's pretty obvious that the media has a bizarre fascination with Barack Obama. Some may even say it's a love affair. We want you to be the judge. We've compiled two videos of the more outrageous moments of this not so secret love affair. Follow this link to watch the two videos and vote on which one you think is better. Your vote will determine which video we put on the air.

The media is in love with Barack Obama. If it wasn't so serious, it would be funny.

The remaining question for the rest of us seems to be, what will you choose? Urop Us, Oh Bum Us, or Petraeus
