Endangered Missing Senior Diane Palmquist

Ms. Palmquist was last seen leaving her home in Lake Forest, CA to visit a friend at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA at 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 12, 2008. She never arrived and has not been seen or heard from since.

Ms. Palmquist suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and is considered to be in poor mental health and may require medical attention. She wears an Alert I.D. Bracelet.

NAME: Diana Palmquist

AGE: 86 (12/20/21)

DESCRIPTION: F, W, 5’8”, 185 lbs. Gray hair, brown eyes

VEHICLE: 2002 Red Toyota Sienna VanCA License # 5NBB479
