and lightning without (outside.) Enter three GRF
Officers starting an un-noticed Executive Session

In thunder, lightning, or in rain?

When the hurly-burly voting’s done,
When the battle’s lost and won.

Fair is
foul, and foul is fair:
Hover through the fog and filthy air.

Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
