LETTERS GRF Rules of Engagement Innovation, or Self-preservation?
July
27,
2008 Letter
to GRF Directors: Have
you all lost all your senses? If
you would pay attention ((click
here for copy of GRF resolution dealing with rules of engagement) ) to
what the residents are telling you, you wouldn't have
to be so scared and try to impose illegal sanctions
against the people who are paying the bills. The
residents would not be angry. Since
we residents are paying the bills, we have a legal
right to express our feelings about the conduct of our
community. It would behoove you to pay
attention. If you would listen, you would notice
that most of the complaints are almost identical.
We all have the same complaints. You're wasting
too much of our money. It
is so obvious that your loyalties are to PCM and not
to the residents. You listen to all the lies and
deceptions of management. They are the ones who
need to be shut up. You
have CONFLICT OF INTEREST by your illegal appointments
of PCM employees as officers pro tem / officers ex
officio to all of our boards. And
how many favors have you been accepting from PCM?
How much has that cost us residents? We
are all sick and tired of all the excessive expenses
you keep approving. Like that ridiculous survey
supposedly being conducted by "an
independent" person, who has ties to PCM.
Just how much has that cost us? Why do you
keep wasting our money? And
you refuse to spend an equal amount of money on a
forensic audit. Huh. By that refusal,
you convict yourself. There's a lot that's being
hidden from us, and we are all starting to find out
about a lot of it. Just a matter of time before
many of you will be behind bars, forensic audit or
not. By the way, jail time for fraud or
accomplice in fraud has been increased from 5 years to
20 years. That means that some of you will die
in jail. Is that what you want? So
how about acting with honesty and do your fiduciary
duty for a change? Don't
try to shut up the residents, try to shut up
management for a change. You seem to forget,
they are our EMPLOYEES, not our EMPLOYER. The
whole lot of you need to be removed from GRF Board.
You are totally useless and too expensive to have
around.
