GRF Rules of Engagement Good For Folsom?

First, does this new "SHUT UP!" Rule (click here for copy of GRF resolution dealing with rules of engagement) ) apply only to the Folsom Prison inmates at Leisure World or does it apply also to the residents?

Note: In the book Common Interest Developments--Homeowners Guide by Vanitzian, the author explains how to CHALLENGE "RULES" AND THE TIME FRAME IN WHICH TO DO SO.

Second question, does some moron actually stay up all night thinking of ways to muzzle homeowners and ruin their last years on earth during retirement while collecting as much $$$$$$ as possible before that passing?

Third, anyone looking into how this moronic abomination, alternatively titled "Rules of Engagement," violates the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Open Meeting Act? Obviously, it appears that these boards have no clue of their impact on potential sales in said development. Might as well advertise we're looking for depositors only.

Four, anyone know what meds these board directors are on?
