Hyman, an underage drinker at the time this incident
took place, is suing the Green
Iguana Bar & Grill after the bar served her a
"flaming shot" of Bacardi 151 proof rum -
she got scared of the flames, spit it out and she then
burned herself from her chest to the top of her head,
according to the Tampa Tribune. Hyman
is seeking more than $15,000 in damages, according
court documents. The
Tribune quotes Hyman as saying: "I'm suing
because I should not have been let in. If I weren't
let in, none of the events would have happened." Hyman’sr father, an insurance executive, has allegedly, been trying to work with the Green Iguana for months for some type of reasonable settlement. What happened
to personal responsibility? CotoBlogzz Tagzz - use any number of social networking managers to share this (or any other articles in the Internet) with others...click here and select social bookmarkings threads RELATED
