to local media accounts “Living the OC
lifestyle just got easier in Coto de Caza, with the
recent opening of the Spa & Sports Club.
More than 1,000 invited members and guests attended an
opening night event on April 4, which featured tours,
flowing spirits, and live music” Flowing spirits were involved in 50% of the traffic collisions inside the Coto Gates for 1Q2008. Not to mention that invited guest have free access to the community and can enjoy the Coto Life Style courtesy of the CZ Master Association residents who pay to repair, replace and maintain the community infrastructure, and liability associated with anyone imbibing the flowing spirits
