CZ – The Coto de Caza Giving Tree That Keeps on Giving
July
19,
2008 In communities such as Laguna Woods Villa, high maintenance
common areas are funded on a “pay for use”, rather
than placing the burden on homeowners who elect not to
use the facilities, such as the golf course, for
instance. The apparently much younger and inexperienced, and or more
progressive community of Coto de Caza does not think
that the same way.
In fact, CZ members fund the Sports Park and
the horse trails, mostly used by non-residents. Here is an example of how the CZ tree gives:
CZ members subsidize CotoCan.
CotoCan in turn promotes the Golf Club, which
in turns helps a certain restaurant, which then simply
tells patrons to tell the gate attendants the patrons
have reservations.
Similarly a certain stable claims to have miles
of trails available to patrons, paid for CZ members.
All the patrons have to do is tell the gate
attendants they are going horse rising.
If per chance, patrons consume flowing spirits
from a business operating inside the gates gets into a
DUI accident, the victims sue the association and the
CZ members are the ones who are left to pay the tab. What Disneyland may call, the Giving Cycle of Money! CotoBlogzz Tagzz - use any number of social networking managers to share this (or any other articles in the Internet) with others...click here and select social bookmarkings threads RELATED
