Cost Reductions in Coto de Caza August
4,
2008 Cost Reductions in Coto de Caza …as documented in the CZ Master Association Newsletter:
Examples of the Village Association annual cost savings:
Conclusion: No
Dues Increases for The Villages associaiton! COMMENTS If only the subsidies would end, we could invest more in landscaping renovation and other services that would benefit all CZ Members. I am still waiting for my bocce court at the Sports Park I pay for but that I never get to use. We are all getting older, fatter, balder, grayer etc. yet there is nothing for us old guys. The Sports Park should have a walking path with markers surrounding it for exercising as various posts. It is clearly time to make the Sports Park multi-generational to reflect the changing the demographics in Coto. If we take one of those fields out of commission and devote it to multi-generational uses, it would be just fine. It is called balance and we just don’t have any in CZ. JM
