As is usually the case with public safety statistics in Coto de Caza, the collision report for the the first quarter shows good news and bad news.

The excellent news is that the annualized collision rate for 1Q2008 has finally dipped lower that the collision rate before the Varo/Mezger administration fired the

The bad news is that 50% of the collisions were due to DUI: One collision injury and three property damage.
