California Law Revision Commission’s Brian Hebert’s Trough The mad dash to pass pork barrel legislation January
16.,
2007 In a scathing letter to the California Law
Revision Commission ominously titled The Temple of
Blame and Wholesale Titleholder Disenfranchisement,
arbitrator and author D. Vanitzian questions the
motives for the mad rush to “pass pork-barrel
project, as she refers to the Statutory Clarification
and Simplification of CID Law. “It has been a good year for you and the
Commission Mr Hebert, you’ve have all collected
another year’s worth of salaries, while the rest of
California deed restricted titleholders have been
paying, paying, paying with no end in sight”, she
writes. “Now with your so called S.i.m.p.l.i.f.i.c.a.t.i.o.n nonsense
they will keep paying, but the difference is they will
be paying more”, she continues. We have tried to reach Mr. Hebert via phone and
email, to comment but as of now we
have not been successful in reaching him.
