Governor Schwarzenegger Signs SB 1185 July

2008 He did not extend the two year tax base credit to people who have to find new homes, but he signs what critics call a puny (cleaned version) bill. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today signed SB 1185 by Senator Alan Lowenthal (D-Long Beach) allowing developers to build already approved subdivisions as soon as financing becomes available by extending the expiration date for specified subdivision maps.
