What lack of common sense in the CZ master
association has failed to do, apparently Divine
Providence is doing: When asked how long the Coto
de Caza Youth
Park be closed, the answer was: “as long
as residents continue to report sightings of a mother
lion and her two cubs in the park”
As a direct result of common sense, or lack
thereof, the association continues expansion of the CZ
Welfare system, subsidizing “the commuters’”
enjoyment of the CotoLifeStyle™ , while empowering
the same to not only feel entitled to these subsidies,
but asking for even more – such as support for the
Coto Yassa Massa Polo Club.
As thanks for the generous contribution from
the CZ residents, the freeloaders, as JM often calls
them, leave behind not only in the horse trails, but
also in the fire trails and side streets the infamous
Equine Poop Soup.
Do
you suppose the horse trails would close if there were
reported sightings of lions and bear and rattle
snakes, oh my?

Caza Traffic Accident Trends - 1Q2007 - another Case

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports a total of
6 collision for the first quarter in 2007, one injury
and 5 property damage only traffic collisions, for the
un-incorporated area of Coto de Caza. Two of the
collisions were DUI related.
