We continue to receive a flurry of complaints from Coto residents regarding soliciting and door-to-door distribution of service sales literature, including maid, painting, landscaping, remodeling, (etc.)

We are following up on these cases and ask each service provider (or potential service provider) if they have a reason why their names/contact information should not be published in the CotoBuzz Journal as “CC&R” violators. We send copies to Keystone for their reference and action. To date, Keystone has not even acknowledge receipt, including reports of potential federal crimes (service providers inserting sales literature in residents' mail boxes.

Note: Research shows that up to 90% of security breaches can be traced to insiders job – hence our concern is strictly public safety.
