Today is January 28, 2007 and the flag at the North and Antonio gates (Coto de Caza) are still at half-staff. All US flags should have been back to Full staff on January 26, 2007.

Is Coto setting it's own rules on displaying the US Flag?

Why can't Coto vendors get it right? Answer, "They don't Care". Is it because our vendors are too busy counting the "Easy Money" paid to them by the BOD for NOT DOING THERE JOB? ANSWER, Yes one more time. Ed

This is an excellent illustration of the current state of affairs within Coto de Caza, over and above the important US flag issue:

The Keystone General Manager promises to respond promptly within 48 hours – yet in this case, you were the one who had to follow up.

There have been numerous complaints lodged against these service providers – yet, who are the ones who get the leash? The CHP – the same ones who have gone out of their way to help Coto residents, and the same ones who refuse to take all the insults hurled at them, personally.

In the past, we also responded to your rhetorical question: Laws in Coto? What laws? The Association gets to make all the laws! - Buzz
