CZ Losers!: Here is a little something to remember me by - the Estates and the Villages

In a recent CZ Master Association’s newsletter, the president of the board of directors writes about his encounter with various presents left by pet owners in South Coto de Caza, and encourages residents to good citizens and use the doggie bags to remove any mementos.

We have noted in the past that the fertilizing material left by those of the equine persuasion is not only sizable, but more impacting and less desirable that the doggie ones. From the information presented during the last board meeting, one can easily conclude that these mementos are left by non-CZ master association residents. The message is: Suckers! – you pay for the trails and other amenities we use, and we leave you this to remember us by!
