you thought the $67 million lawyer pants law suit was
an isolated instance…… In
the Laguna Audubon II homeowner association in Aliso
Viejo, and 82 year old couple face a $1,400 parking
ticket, a lawsuit, and a lien preventing them from
selling or refinancing their home! An Orange County Register’s article published today, titled
Parking face-off takes toll

Henderson as saying "They don't deal with common sense. They just decide

The article also provides background
information on the relationship between certain
homeowners and the board “…several homeowners

several protested against the fines and the
