After the alleged attempted political assassination of self-described professional fighter and naïve politician, the CZ board president resigns his post. The December 2007 CZ Newsletter announces, again, a proposal to make changes to the association’s CC&Rs similar to the mulct contained in the changes to the Venezuelan Constitution Hugo Chavez gas vowed Venezuelan’s will approve.

Now comes word from Laguna Woods Village that another political assassination is being planned. Sources tell us that the Laguna Woods Village the 3rd Housing Mutual is calling a special meeting Wednesday. After a mandatory open session the word is that directors sympathetic to the property management company will try to remove Third Mutual president Stanley Feldstein. “PCM and their henchmen apparently waited for the Thanksgiving Holiday so that no one would be around until too late to speak up”, our sources tell us. In the case of the CZ Master Association, the president's resignation and subsequent board appointee was announced post facto. Our sources tell us that Mr. Feldstein is not planning to play dead.

We have left word with Stanley Feldstein and PCM to see if they would comment. We have not heard from them as of now.

Interestingly enough, immediately after the attempted political assassination of the CZ board president and his ensuing resignation, the CZ board approved a property management contract: KPPM 2008 Management Contract.
