Rancho Santa Margarita Residents arrested for DUI January 30, 2007 The
Capistrano Area Public Arrest Log for the week ending
1/28/2007 registered the arrest of two RMS residents.
Twenty two-year old C. Koster, was arrested
1/25/2007 for California Vehicle code violations
23152(s), 23152(b) and 20002(a), hit and run and DUI.
The same day, 40-year old J. Nazarzai was
arrested for DUI.
