Now that Zipperman has resigned
as president of the CZ board and Yocham has been
appointed president, will the new board be known as
the Yo Hylka board, or simply the YOH board?
Why is it that Bruce Banigan was appointed (during last nights CZ board meeting) to take Zipperman's place on the board, when residents had not been informed of a pending resignation?
Perhaps for the same reason the
board had been mum about Mezger’s status for the
last two months?
Is this all related to the CC&R changes
being considered (as described in the latest CZ master
association newsletter):
direct elections and/or maintaining a corrupt
delegate system?
On the other hand, the Senator
Craig Syndrome is no longer an option, given that
another Vince was appointed to fill Jerry Mezger's
seat. Where
is Varo in all this?
