Breaking News: CZ BOD Candidates Announced March
17, 2007 Keystone
Pacific, the CZ master association property manager
has officially announced a meeting scheduled for May
24, 2007 to elect three directors to the
association’s board of directors. The
five candidates include incumbents:
Robert Varo, Jerry Mezger and Lyle Schlieder.
The two newcomers are Vince Hylka and Michael
Zurosvski. Varo:
Wants a “city hall” type of facility.
From previous deeds and actions, turning Coto
into a city no doubt. Mezger:
Specially concerned about public safety.
From previous deeds and actions, apparently as
long as husband/wife teams do not volunteer for safety
committees and the CHP is not around, he will be
happy. Schlieder:
Wants to work with Keystone on contracts and bid
preparation. Similar
to the ones used to fire Securitas, the CHP, the
irrigation control and lighting companies, for
example. Hylka:
Wants to fight resident apathy Zurovski:
Wants to give back to the community
Suggesting
that a group of people should make decisions for the
greater good for any reason (apathy, cognitive
skills, etc.) is at best presumptuous.
Democracy and the US Constitution should NOT check
in at the UPS gates.
We
need to remember that in ANY system, there will be
those so enamored with power that they will lie,
cheat and steal to maintain the status quo! – need
we provide any more proof?
Now
CotoBuzz readers know why we have been able to predict
the outcome of CZ elections since Varo/Mezger first
came into the scene - no rocket science, just
political corruption!
