preamble to the Delegates Corner found in the December
2007 issue of the CZ Master Association Newsletter.
According
to the author, Joe Morabito is dead
wrong anent the association’s management of the
Sports Park. Morabito’s
charges of self-interest when Mezger
moves his primary residence
and remains in the CZ board, without as much as a
peep on the subject is also wrong.
The
author asserts that Steven Zipperman, deposed CZ
president’s charges of political
assassination
- err “political machinations” are simply a
figment of his imagination.
Keystone’s
“typographical
errors” contained in delegate
voting packets that took years to correct never
even happened
The
alleged
corrupt delegate system is simply sour grapes. Or
that district
delegates collected votes after deadlines does not
happen.
CJ
Klug's ultimate admission that his office actively
recruited delegates was simply a joke
Changes
to the CC&Rs regarding landscaping maintenance
institutionalizing discriminatory practices
contributing to the current state of dis-repair in the
Wood’s may also be simply illusory.
Firing
of CHP and Securitas without due
diligence and the expiration of road
certification due to a missing tickler file, ultimately culminating in two
traffic tragedies within three months of each
other might have just been a nightmare.
So,
is Coto Paradise Found or Paradise Lost? – Paradise
Found – seems to be the answer, if you reside in the

as you get to enjoy the paradise without paying a
nickel!
