As much as homeowners association board of directors would like to think otherwise, the boards are merely “pretend” government entities chartered with only three things: RMR - Repair, Maintain and Replace. These pretend governments are usually training wheels for politicians, such as Pat Bates and Cassy Young. The implications of statue mandated responsibilities are not inconsequential, so we are looking at perhaps pitching a new show that may be called, CSI Coto de Caza (CZ Master Association Scene Investigation).

As we start to assign names to the various blocks in the image above, an interesting picture emerges. We have used something like this to predict CZ Master Association elections in the past, with great precision.

So, all of you fans of the famous CSI TV show, start sending us your own version of the CSI Coto de Caza!
