Gone Delusional Real Estate Hunting As Bob Hunt might say, SB528 was not controversial and there are no real estate problems!
October
30, 2007 According to Bob Hunt, director of the
California Association of Realtors, “SB528 was
not controversial and it didn’t receive a lot of
attention, But
it’s a good law, and that’s good news, how
refreshing”, as described in the Orange County
Register’s October 25, 2007 section of South County
Living. Then there are those real estate agents
telling prospective customers that there has never
been a better time to buy a home than now.
For that matter, there has never been a better
time to sell a home, and there are no problems with
the housing market.
Come to think about it, the sales pitch sounds
very much like the ones used by salesmen selling
experienced cars. In the article titled “
SENATOR AANESTAAD:
PIMP MY HOA!” published June 18, 2007 by the CotoBuzz
Journal, D. Vanitzian describes what is wrong with
SB528, what it says, and more importantly, what it
does not say. But
as Mr. Hunt might say, SB528 was not controversial
and there are no real estate problems! RELATED STORIES SENATOR
