understand that the CZ Master Association board of directors is seriously
considering terminating the CHP contract for pro-active traffic control by the
end of the year. As you may know, my father, Mr. Morteza Manian was
tragically killed in March 2006. I strongly urge you to renew the CHP
contract without hesitation

The issue
is not about money heck, the current board subsidizes groups that when added
up would pay for the Sheriff, the CHP and perhaps some FBI, CIA and Homeland
