Coto de Caza Silent Majority 1 – CZ Board of Directors 0

February 12, 2006

In spite of all the road blocks the current CZ Master board of directors has artificially created in order to promote their personal agendas, the silent majority has spoken:  The CZ Master Board of Directors was coerced by the silent majority into bringing back the CHP for proactive traffic control immediately after the recent fatality.  As a result, Coto de Caza registered ZERO traffic accidents for January 2006! – the first month since the current board fired the CHP without a suitable replacement that we have seen this!  The Silent Majority needs to take the next step and elect independent minded district delegates (who refuse to give up their free speech rights as so many have done so far)  specifically where board members are also acting as the fox guarding the chicken coop as district delegates – something they vowed not to do if elected, as well as the most loyal delegates – application below:

Although the association is restricting the candidate to 250 words, if you wish, send a complete profile to cotobuzz@yahoo.com

BRIEF CZ MASTER ASSOCIATION BOD ARTIFICIAL ROAD BLOCKS:

  1. Fires CHP without suitable replacement – allegedly because they are extortionists
  2. As accident rate climbs significantly, the BOD misleads residents into thinking that the Sheriff will be able to do pro-active traffic control for free
  3. Refuses to acknowledge multiple public safety proposals
  4. Fires the largest private security company in the word and replaces it with one of the smallest ones in the region without evidence of due diligence
  5. Coto experiences the first traffic fatality in the last 10 years
  6. Silent Majority speaks and coerces the board into brining back the CHP
  7. Board continues to pursue personal agendas  and announces use of association resources to hold meeting to discuss how to proceed.  Silent Majority requests the facilities to discuss public safety instead – board refuses.
  8. Board appoints a Traffic Safety Committee
  9. Board announces that Sheriff can now do pro-active traffic control – but will be expensive – Sheriff is now extortionists as well
  10.  Board lets road certification expire – meaning that NO ONE can do pro-active traffic controls in Coto roads, but Coto Drive.

11.    Board fires the Safety Committee because its leader and others refuse to give up their free speech right and because Jerry Mezger believes it is illegal to have spouses sitting in the same committee (when he and the rest of the board are holding two seats:  district delegate and on the board)
