The DaVaro Deception and the Gospel According to Mezger June
24, 2006 For
years, the DaVaro Deception has led Coto de Caza resident’s believe that
public safety was the board’s number one concern, while repressing initiatives
designed to prevent crime & vandalism and save lives, and promoting personal
agendas. As
complaints mounted and calls for his termination increased, a blatant example of
the most recent deception is board member Jerry Mezger’s revelation that the
Property Management Company’s general manager is not a Keystone employee, but
rather a highly paid association employee “CJ
works for the Board and not Keystone. Keystone merely handles the payroll
and other personnel technicalities. Keystone has no authority to hire,
fire, or discipline CZ’s General Manager”.
When Mezger is asked to clarify his remarks, he then argues that “Mr.
Klug is an employee of Keystone, but he was expressly hired at the direction of
CZ’s Board to work only for CZ and he reports only to the CZ Board, not
Keystone management”. And
reminiscent of the time Mezger asserted that he believed it was illegal for
spouses to serve on safety committees, Mezger points out that the board is
indeed authorized to hire personnel “By
the way, CZ’s governing documents specifically grant the Board the power to
hire employees. Section 4.03 (a) of the Bylaws vests the Board of
Directors with the “power and the duty to select, appoint, and remove all
officers, agents, and employees of the Master Association”.
TRANSLATION:
Mezger will argue, with a straight face, both sides of the coin,
regardless of the facts. A
libertarian publisher that we know of would be proud! In
his latest book, The DaVinci Deception, Dr.
Chuck Missler raises the question, What is Truth? And How do we know what is
rally true? He then examines
the boundaries of our reality, explores ways to qualify sources of information,
offers advice on testing hypothesis, and reveals the source of truth. In
stark contrast to libertarian publishers who argue for ethical relativism, Dr.
Missler goes on to say:
Where do you find truth? If we search diligently we will eventually
discover that the "truth" of the world consists of convictions of
convenience and political correctness in its many forms. Pandered to us by those
who would manipulate us to their own agenda, it proves fragile and crumbles when
relied upon; hardly the stuff to build our lives upon” Consider

Dr.
Missler explains current disregard for the truth by saying: “Early
in this century, many "intellectuals" in our society became enamored
with the doctrines of Freudianism, the materialism of Feurbach, the nihilism of
Nietzsche, the dialectic of Hegel, the communism of Marx, along with
Behaviorism, Socialism, Existentialism ("do your own thing"),
Rationalism, Fabianism, and Humanism. David Breese's book, Seven Men Who
Rule the World From the Grave, highlights the impacts of Charles Darwin,
Karl Marx, George Wellhausen, Sigmund Freud, John Maynard Keynes, Soren
Kierkegaard and, of course, John Dewey. Through the teachings of John Dewey's
humanism, his atheism, amorality, evolution, and one-world socialism permeated
our educational system and excluded from our textbooks the moral and Biblical
teachings which had been the bedrock of our American culture” TRANSLATION: DaVaro Deception and the Gosspel According to Mezger, like the Da Vinci Code are merely works of fiction!

Hello All: Once again in this month's CZ Newsletter, CJ Klug who definitely has a vested interest in the reelection of his patron employers, incompetent CZ Board Members, Varo, Missing Hill and Mezger, continues to insist that our Delegate Electoral System remains in place despite the new law requiring direct popular elections for HOA's after July, 2006. After reading the new law, I don't see how this is possible. Laws passed by the state legislature are the law of the land in California. Whenever any local law, or in this case HOA governing document is in conflict, state or federal law prevails. The CZ Board should not rely on Harkins for advice who also has a vested interest in the status quo. If the CZ Board does not adhere to both the spirit and the letter of the new law, a court challenge to any Board Member illegally elected is sure to follow. And, that would make any votes cast by that Board Member subject to court action as well. So please CZ Board Members, don't play games with this new law. I for one am prepared to work with others to go to court to force adherence to the new law. This will turn into a big legal mess costing our Members monies in legal fees, if the CZ Board and their suppliers try any shenanigans. Joe Morabito P.S. We don't need any more sleazy elections like the one manipulated by Varo, Mezger, Missing Hill, Thagard and Larkin in 2005.
