Dear Readers of COTOBUZZ and other titleholder-related advocacy sites, and ALL National News Media, On Sunday, August 20, 2006, I will dedicate my fax to receiving your letters addressed to Assemblyman Gene Mullins and the Legislature.

Tell Mullins and Lowenthal what you think of them!

Tell the Legislature that you don't want AB770

I will be faxing your letters and mine, on this topic, to EVERY

CALIFORNIA SENATOR.

--The letter must specifically address AB770 and be AGAINST IT. 

Letters supporting AB770 will not be included.

--Letters should be only from the U.S. Western Region, meaning, letters from Georgia, New York (etc), or abroad, may be excluded.

--You must sign, or identify yourself in your letter and have an address on it.  Anonymous letters will not be included.

--Letters with profanities or hate speech, will not be included.

--Your letter must be ONLY ONE PAGE in length.

--NO EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

--Fax me between the hours of:  7am to Midnight on August 20, 2006.

--My fax number is:  (310) 306-8433.

--If the fax line is busy, keep trying.

--If the response is great enough, I will continue receiving faxes from you through Midnight, Monday, August 21, 2005.

--Any letters, faxes threatening me, my family, my profession, or ANY other advocates will promptly be reported to the proper authorities for

investigation.

--NO letters, faxes from CAI or CAI affiliates, lobby, or related industries will be accepted.

--I, reserve the right to exercise discretion in deciding which letters,

faxes will be included and excluded.
